Zane Elksnite is the principal of Ambassade d'Art, a curatorial services company working with
private and public collections worldwide. She manages the art investing strategies for Shimoda's
clients, as well as arranging art lending & curatorial services for these collections.
Ambassade d'Art also arranges expositions (Verbier Art en Mouvement) or works with other festivals (Giez Music Festival, Verbier Art Summit) in order to present artists and collections.
Zane was previously the co-ordinator and managed communications for IACCCA, the International Association of Corporate Collections of Contemporary Art, based in Geneva & Paris and working with worldwide collections. Zane is Geneva-based, but spends time in Verbier, Connecticut and London. She has extensive contacts throughout the world of galleries and museums, and through association with a number of collectors is able to discover emerging artists to not only acquire but help promote and build their reputation, thus adding value to a collector's portfolio.
A Fulbright scholar, she has studied in the USA and more recently studied Art Law at the University of Geneva. She also speaks several European languages fluently.
